Distilleria Sibona

ORIGIN: Grappa obtained from pomaces of nebbiolo from barolo.

PRODUCTION: The already fermented grapes, freshly brought to the distillery, are immediately sent for distillation and then rested in stainless steel tanks for several months.

AGING: The distillate rests in stainless steel tanks for maximization of the perfumes and aromas.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 40.0%
