Primitivo wine I.G.P. Puglia
In the glass is mantled with a bright and vivid red color, velvety on the palate, perfectly matches succulent dishes. It takes its name from Riccardo Siniscalco, a Norman feudal lord of the castle in the town of Gioia del Colle.

Vinification: at controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation is followed by full malolactic fermentation, in order to give the wine a velvety touch to the palate and greater stability over time
Ageing: 6 months in steel and at least 10 months in bottle
Annual production: about 130,000 bottles

Food pairings: bread encrusted Prague ham, meatballs with cream sauce, sausage and potatoes, venison, cold cuts and matured cheeses
Cellaring: properly stored, from 5 to 10 years
