It represents at best the characteristics of pure Verdeca, distinguished by its inebriant fruitiness combined with bubbles, a pleasant companion suited for all courses. It is named after “Isotteo”, a work by Gabriele D’Annunzio that celebrates classicism in modern times and includes the poem “Il dolce grappolo” (“The sweet bunch”).

Color: clear and bright green with fine, regular, and persistent bubbles
Nose: fine and delicate, fruity with notes of yellow stone fruits, white flowers, thyme, and citrus fruits
Palate: pulpy, sapid, pleasantly fresh, it recounts the minerality of the stony soils of Murgia and Valle d’Itria, to the rhythm of a prolonged and fragrant fruitiness that sustains a charming aftertaste
Food pairing: excellent aperitif, it perfectly pairs seafood, shellfish, tubettino pasta with mussels and beans, and “frise” (typical Apulian bread) with tomatoes
