Greenish-tinged white with heady notes of yellow bell pepper, banana and melon; smooth, alluring, firmly structured body. This limited-production wine is the fruit of meticulous clonal selections.

 

Origin: DOC Collio - Estate in Vencò (GO).
Grapes: Sauvignon.
Vinification: cold maceration.
Appearance: straw-yellow with greenish tinges.
Nose: exciting, aromatic, very intense. Notes of yellow bell pepper, tomato leaf, peach and melon.
Palate: smooth, warm, velvety, attractively aromatic and firmly structured.
Alcohol: 13.0% vol*

Pairings: fish hors d’oeuvres, shellfish.
