Grapes: Pinot Bianco
Vinification: Hand selected grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: Dry white wine. Straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. Elegant floral and slightly fruity bouquet typical of the variety. The taste is sapid, dry, with good acidity, persistent and delicately mineral.
Food suggestions: Fine classic dry white wine. Excellent as aperitif, hors d’oeuvres, seafood salads and fish dishes. Perfect with white meats and light meals.
Serve chilled at 8 - 10 °C.
